Objectives of the Anti-Ragging Committee

The primary objective of the Anti-Ragging Committee is to ensure a ragging-free environment within the campus and hostels. The committee aims to create awareness among students about the severe consequences of ragging, ensuring that they understand its legal and disciplinary repercussions. Additionally, the committee is responsible for taking immediate and strict action against any reported cases of ragging to maintain discipline and uphold student safety. Moreover, it strives to foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging mutual respect and a supportive student community

Students who experience or witness ragging are strongly encouraged to report it immediately.

How to Report a Complaint

Complaints can be filed through multiple channels to ensure accessibility and ease of reporting. Students can contact the Anti-Ragging Helpline at 1800-180-5522 (Toll-Free), file a complaint via email at Anti-Ragging Committee Website, or report the issue in person to any committee member. Additionally, complaint drop boxes are placed at strategic locations across the campus for anonymous submissions.

All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality, and necessary action will be taken to ensure justice.

Zero Tolerance Policy

TSM Jain College of Technology follows a zero-tolerance policy against ragging. Any student found guilty of ragging will face strict disciplinary action, including suspension, expulsion, and legal proceedings as per the Anti-Ragging Act.
